Victoria Arduino’s documentation is not on Victoria Arduino’s website.

Its own site offers a brochure per machine and asks for your name, country, profession and email first. Thirteen titles, all marketing. Technical specification appears as page content rather than as a file you can keep. On that evidence we recorded the brand as brochures only, behind a form.

That was wrong, and the reason it was wrong is worth more than the correction. The documents exist, are open, and sit on a domain carrying a different brand’s name.

One archive, two marks

Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino are the same group. The United States arm publishes a single equipment documents archive that serves both marks, at simonelliusa.com, with no login and no form.

Victoria Arduino machines are in it under their own names. We verified the E1 Prima Pro user manual serving at 5,997,105 bytes, and the Mythos GX instruction booklet at 4,386,739 bytes in five languages. Specification sheets sit under a PDFs directory by model, including the Black Eagle Maverick 3GR and discontinued lines such as the Venus Century.

A reader searching victoriaarduino.com finds none of this, and nothing on that site points at it. The brand’s front door and the brand’s documents are on different hosts.

What we did not establish

We did not enumerate the archive. Its index needs JavaScript, and the site’s sitemap returns an application shell rather than a list of pages. We reached these documents by searching the domain, not by reading a catalogue.

So we can tell you specific documents exist and serve, and we cannot tell you how many there are. We are not going to submit the form, register, or supply credentials to find out, and a count we did not take is not a count we will publish.

No exploded diagram and no service manual were located for either mark. A part number in a catalogue names a part. It does not show where the part sits, and it does not say which machines take it. No document we examined across the 28 brands in this survey states that a numbered part belongs to more than one named model.

How this row moved

We did not find it by looking harder at Victoria Arduino. We found it by reading a competitor’s search results, noticing a documents archive on a domain we had not tested, and querying that domain directly.

Sixteen brands were re-checked this way and nine moved, every one toward a larger document set. None moved the other way. The method was also pointed at Jura, the brand this corpus most depends on being right about, and Jura held. That control is what makes the nine credible rather than an artefact of searching harder.
